Hi! I’m Amy.
A native to Phoenix, AZ and lover of all good food. I was asked to make a hand pie and I thought…”what’s a hand pie?” and after a short Google, I thought, “oh it’s a pasty! but what if I made one with flaky, buttery crust instead of pie crust?” and deliciousness was made.
I made lots of tester pies and forced them on all my family and friends. It was a resounding, “Oh I was totally gonna lie about this, but these really ARE good!”
So with that, I present you with my offering of delicious hand pies, with a smattering of cookie muffins because just like me, I like offer some sweet with the salty.
